Calls Matched is the number of inbound calls to Blue Corona marketing tracked lines that match inbound calls in ServiceTitan for options selected in the Global Filter. Due to variations in phone configurations, potential latencies, duplicate calls, etc. this match rate will not be 100% is expected to be between 85% and 95% in most scenarios.
For example, if there are 5,000 inbound calls to ServiceTitan in a month, and 2,500 come through Blue Corona tracked lines, the number of matched calls is expected to be a number between 2,125 (85%) to 2,375 (95%). Your actual range will vary depending upon your phone configuration and other factors.
