Currently, Lead Capture Live supports one level - the Answering Service solution.
Answering Service Solution:
- Answers incoming calls representing your brand experience.
- Screens calls to ensure it is within your service areas, capabilities, and offerings.
- Qualifies calls to determine the type of issue and service required.
- Validates terms and plans, e.g., time of service, charges, membership plans.

Communicateswith your schedulers or designated contacts as follows:
- Sends messages with details so appointments can be confirmed.
- Transfers calls to your CSRs for additional assistance as required.
